If you express interest in a given period I will
reserve it for you without obligation for 7 days, (longer by
agreement). After the agreed period I will indicate that the dates are
again free if I have not heard any more from you. A 30% non-refundable
deposit is payable once a booking is confirmed with the balance 8 weeks
before departure. If you find a last minute flight and want to take the
villa, you can pay one of my neighbours when you collect the key.
If you are booking months ahead then I strongly suggest that you book
cheap tickets when you can. I have had people book the villa but not
their flights until they were too expensive!
