The villa may be available for a long winter let, subject to availability at the time of enquiry. However, at this time, although we have provision for central heating, we have not installed any radiators, so one would have to rely on the dual function air-conditioning units for heating. A premium would be added for occupancy of more than two people. Please contact me personally for further details.
Most of the neighbouring villas are English owned, several have permanent residents. If you are thinking of getting a place in Cyprus , perhaps to retire then there is lots of friendly experience to be gained by living on site to acclimatise. It could help you avoid some of the beginner's mistakes! There are all sorts of things about owning a villa here such as village life, local taxes, land laws, what not to buy, where to go shopping, eating out, etc etc.
If you stay there any length of time you will get sucked into the community very easily!
