The
detatched villa is situated on a small and
prestigious plot of just 14 individual villas at the edge of Emba (sometimes spelt as
Empa), a delightful historic village, only 10 minutes drive to the
main town of Paphos or Coral
Bay and about 20 minutes from the airport. The nearest
tavernas and shops are in the village about 1km away. The villa
borders with a "green" area for extra privacy and security.
The builders were so enamoured with the location, that they are
building a big villa for themselves here. Right across the street we
also have a sumptuous £2 million villa as another neighbour, (another
builders sister; Marina)
Our villa “Patounas” is apparently named after
Themoula’s Grandfather, (she being the builder, and probably
one of the most charismatic people I have ever met). Our villa was
the first to be completed, and we chose what we thought was the best plot,
which borders with a “green” area and farmland, with
views out to the sea and mountains.
The
villa was completed in July 2005, and we have decided to rent it out
from January 2006. We have furnished it to a high standard, as we
hope to attract guests of a similar nature. We feel we have thought
of all the home comforts, but should any guest find something
lacking, we would be more than pleased to hear about it.
A brief description of the villa is as follows:
A spacious three bedroom, two
bathrooms residence, sleeps 8 people with 170 M2 of living area
(quite large by comparison) with the living accommodation being
arranged upstairs, and the large main patio area being at this level,
which maximises the beautiful views to the sea and mountains.
The private 8 x 4 M tiled
swimming pool is at the rear of the villa, and has
tiled sun terraces, lower patio area, outside shower and access to master en-suite bathroom.
Cot, High-Chair and Buggy are
available for young children / infants.
Entertainment;
there is BBC / ITV SKY
satellite TV so you can keep up with your favourite
soap!
A DVD player and CD / Radio
are also provided.

RENTAL CHARGES FOR THE VILLA ARE SUBSTANTIALLY
LOWER THAN OTHER VILLAS OF THE SAME SPECIFICATION
IN THE PAPHOS AREA.
